"The pain was so severe. It was difficult walking, even resting I wasnt comfortable. All normal activities even walking to the bathroom at night were painful. The surgery was quite tolerable and Dr. Shah knew how to keep the pain to a minimum. After healing and some physical therapy the pain is gone! My daily crazy activity level is back to "normal".

"I had sharp shooting pain in my left foot in walking and constant severe ache in my right. Everything I did was painful and I was miserable and cranky with it. After the X-ray and the injection within a reasonable amounnt of time I was 99% better. If I have any more foot problems I know where to go. Thank you Dr. Kosofsky!"

"I had been through cortisone shots and ultrasound without relief. My activities were limited as I could not stand for any length of time. I was in constant pain. I am now starting to walk again and my pain level is appoximately at a 2 or 3 off and on. Its no longer constant or taking over my life. Although I needed 2 more treatments, I feel they were extremely beneficial."

"I had persistent sharp pain whenever I first walked in the morning and whenever I tried to exercise(run or jog). I am an avid runner and the pain eventually became debilitating that I could no longer perform at the level I was accustomed to. I feel great now and am experiencing no pain. I'm back to running 20miles / week and plan to gradually increase distance and speed. Before having ESWT treatment I did have a cortisone shot months earlier but only had minor/ temporary relief. With ESWT I experienced no pain after 1 week and have been pain free for 2 months so far."

Dear Doctor Wishnie and Staff,
We are writing to you today because we want you to know
something. And today its not something you often hear from
people in general.
It's simply that we are extraordinarily happy that we chose,
you all to be Rose's helpers, to get rid of the pains in
her left feet. Quite frankly, we think it is another miracle
in our lives.
You see when we first came to you, Rose was racked with
pain in her left foot and her right foot also. Bob was racked
with frustration because there didn't seem to be anything
he could do to help Rose. Now everything is 180 degrees
different. The biggest part of the pain is subsided. The
inadequacy and lack of help frustration has dwindled to
almost nonexistent.
The betterment of the Claytor ' s is solely due to the
enthusiasm and expertise of you, Dr. Wishnie and your highly
qualified staff. From the onset, we mutually noticed the
air of togetherness, the attitude of singular goal and the
general feeling of being welcome.
Again, just let us say how glad we are to have found you
and your staff. It is a privilege to know you all.

Hip Hip Hooray! I am back on the dance floor six nights a week again and feeling no pain. A the end of each evening of dancing experienced excruciating pain on the ball and toes of my right foot. This pain lasted for hours.
In the interim I had visited several specialists, but to no avail I was referred to Family Foot and Ankle Specialists. Dr. Wishnie diagnosed my case as neurona and treated my foot with 5 chemical injections (1 per week). At the end of the prescribed fifth injection, I was cured.
Dr. Wishnie, you are my savior and hero.

I had been suffering with severe heel and ankle pain until I was diagnosed with Tarsal Tunnel of the foot. I had been to 2 Podiatrists who told me I should resume physical therapy and injections. Three months of treatments and I seemed to be getting worse so I went to a different foot and ankle specialist. One doctor told me that I should think about surgery. Well, surgery is only about 50% effective or may not work at all.
Then I heard about Dr. Wishnie through a friend who was getting treated for a neuroma with cryo surgery. She could not believe the improvement in her foot. So I decided to meet with Dr. Wishnie. We decided on cryo surgery mixed with injections. During all of my treatments Dr. Wishnie was kind, compassionate, and extremely positive. His staff was also very kind. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Dr. Wishnie's help. It has been 4 months since I have done the cryo surgery and my foot is back to normal.
On a more personal note, Thank you, Dr. Wishnie for giving me back my life. I can work again! I can stand at work and BEST of all I can play with my son and dance with my husband again!
