How long is each physical therapy session?
A: The first physical therapy visit is one hour so Tiffany can assess your problem or pain, after that each following visit is only 20 minutes long. Tiffany, our physical therapist, suggests that most people come 2-3 times weekly so that she can really focus on your success. We want to limit pain and increase mobility, and we will only succeed if you give it your all and stay committed.
