What's the recovery time for cryotherapy?
A: There is virtually no recovery time needed for Cryotherapy. The procedure takes as little as a half an hour and only leaves a small cut on the bottom of the foot. Typically the procedure is done on a Thursday and Friday so you have the weekend to rest. Normal activities such as going out to dinner, regular house work or the movies are fine for this time.
