There are two common types of orthotics- custom and prefabricated. Custom orthotics are molded to fit the exact shape, size and width of your feet. They are specifically designed to match your foot. We take exact images of your feet in order to make the custom shapes. These inserts can last anywhere from 10 years to a lifetime.
The prefabricated orthotics are over the counter devices, called lyncos. They come in different shapes and sizes, so we are able to match the best one to your foot type, but it is not exact. They are effective and affordable. They last any where from 6 months to a year.
