So by now, most of us have heard about Antonio Brown foot injury. Antonio Brown plays for the Oakland Raiders and suffered an injury when he used a Cryogenic chamber in France. The team hasn’t revealed the exact injury or given a timetable for his return, according to ESPN. He Is a long time NFL player.

I follow a lot of professional athletes on Instagram, so I was pretty perplexed about what happened when he posted a picture of his badly blistered feet.

What Happened to Antonio Brown's Foot?

Officially it hasn't been stated. But reports, especially on NFL.com, say that Brown entered a cryogenic therapy chamber without proper footwear and got frostbite. The chamber is designed to dip well below 0 degrees Fahrenheit with the hopes of easing sore muscles. It is popular among major athletes for recovering. Famous athletes such as Lebron James use a Cryotherapy tank in between games. However, you should never go into a cryogenic chamber barefoot.

What is a Cryogenic Chamber?

A cryogenic therapy chamber subjects’ people to very cold temperatures, somewhere between minus 200 and minus 300 degrees Fahrenheit, for a short period of time. So why did he use it? Some proponents said it can help muscle soreness and even help people lose weight and look younger. But scientists are skeptical. Studies have found sparse evidence that it helps any conditions.
