I had foot and shin pain, they were sore with frequent bursts of sharp pain. I also had persistent hip soreness. My running and walking were highly limited due to injury. A runner describes how they experiences sharp pain on the inside of their ankle during a race. After treatment from our Piscataway podiatrists, they are feeling much better.
I had sharp, burning pain on the inside of my ankle near my arch. It happened right in the middle of a race I was running. The pain was an 8 on a scale on 1-10. I couldn't run any long distances without the pain becoming unbearable. It even hurt when I walked. I am feeling much better now. The custom orthotics and the rehab exercises have improved my tendonitis tremendously. My pain is now at a 1on a scale of 1-10 and still improving.James Sellar
