My pain is at a 2 on a scale of 1-10 which is much better than previously. I only get pain once in a while and it's getting better. My limitations before I got better- I could not walk or stand for long periods of time. I am great now. My pain is at a 2 on the scale and this is only sometimes. I can walk and stand for longer periods of time, as well, and walk for 45 minutes to an hour. I will start to include an exercise program the near future!Neissa Vanterpool
