My pain was sharp, persistent and constant on the arch of my left foot. My pain level would reach to an 8 out of 10. Two weeks later, the pain was getting worse. I found out I was pulling on my ligament. I could barely walk and could only do baby steps. I feel perfect, I can run, go up stairs and walk as much as I want.
