The pain was severe, shooting, sharp persistent at times. The most pain I felt was a 10 out of 10. I was limited to be on my feet for too long, driving, walking too far. I couldn't step on my foot properly. I feel much better. No pain anymore! Going for walks and dancing now. I learned the shoes we wear and how we walk contributes to foot problems.
