This is huge as seams can cause cuts and infections in diabetics that may go unnoticed until it is too late. In addition, they are accommodative for people with any bone issues such as bunions or hammertoes, as well as, prosthetics. Lastly, diabetic shoes have a larger toe box than a typical shoe.
